Carolyn J. Blake, 67, Indianapolis, IN passed away July 30, 2016.
She is survived by her husband, of 51years, Richard E. Blake; son, Richard E. Blake II (Heather); grandchildren, Justin, Rose, Grace, Sierra Blake; brother, Earl James Byers; and half-sister, Linda Jones.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at New Beginnings Assembly of God, 3744 S. Lynhurst Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241 with visitation from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
